Sunset in Dublin. Walking from WorldCon at CCD to Connolly Station. Also, it's raining. .. Last few days have been long and tiring, but also very encouraging. I've met some great people, including one of my main inspirations within the urban fantasy genre (Carrie Vaughn, who wrote the Kitty Norville books). I've been on a lot of interesting panels, and I may have learned a thing or two. .. Also bumped into (several times) @jmalikauthor and got signed copies of his books for myself and my friends who are letting me stay at their place while I'm here. .. Also, there are two more days to go, but I will probably chicken out early on Monday. I'm getting very close to being peopled out, and social exhaustion is starting to set in. This is a little longer than I normally share, but since @guerrerowords just posted about art that defeats hopelessness, I figured it would be appropriate.
